RICOCHET offers shipping via Express Mail Service (EMS) for all orders in Thailand. For international order, taxes depend on the country of delivery. REFUNDS We love our stuff and hope you do too, but we understand that sometimes there may be a reason to return or exchange an item. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds for any in-store purchase, but we can offer an exchange or store credit. If you would like to issue an exchange, you may visit any of our locations or contact us at info@ricochetboutique.com. We do not accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards, and we do not accept refunds on international and special orders. EXCHANGES If you need a better option than what you purchased, an exchange for items of the same value or lower within 7 days accompanied by proof of purchase will be accepted. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you purchase an item in-store or at any of our pop-up locations, you may make the exchange at any location. If you would like to exchange for any out-of-stock item or item over the value what you initially purchased, we can issue a delivery with a standard local shipping rate at the expense of the customer. If your request is accepted, we will notify you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
