We love our stuff and hope you do too, but we understand that sometimes there may be a reason to return or exchange an item.
- Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or refunds for any purchase, but we can offer an exchange or store credit.
- If you would like to issue an exchange, you may visit any of our locations or email us at info@ricochetboutique.com.
- All international orders are final.
EXCHANGES
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If you need a better option than what you purchased, visit us at our storefront location in Terminal 21. An exchange for items of the same value or above, within 7 days, accompanied by proof of purchase, will be accepted.
To issue an online exchange, please email us at info@ricochetboutique.com or contact us via Line @ricochetbkk before sending back the item. If your request is accepted, we will notify you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Any orders sent back without prior approval by us, Ricochet will not be responsible for any unforeseen delays and will be handled at the end of the queue.
