Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please ensure you have selected your correct shipping country via our navigation to shop in your local currency.
Once your order has been confirmed and accepted by us, our dispatch team endeavors to process it as quickly as possible so it is ready for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days.
Any orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Please allow an additional 3 to 4 business days for order processing during sale periods, due to higher than normal volumes of orders.
Once your order has been shipped by our dispatch team, the delivery timeframe will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, the shipping carrier used and your location from our headquarters in Bangkok, Thailand.
Please note that delivery timeframes are in addition to processing times.
Thailand – Bangkok: 1-2 Business Days
Thailand – Other regions: 2-3 Business Days
International Express Shipping: 3-5 Business Days
International Standard: 2-5 or 5-11 Business Days, depending on your region
International Economy: 7-11 Business Days
Delivery Delays: We recommend that you regularly check the websites of our shipping partners to take notice of any delays that are being experienced within their network.
Yes, we can offer same-day local delivery within Bangkok only via Messenger. Expedited shipping fees must be paid and confirmed by the customer after the purchase is made.
Any orders purchased with same-day delivery on holidays and weekends will be processed the following business day. RICOCHET will not be responsible for unanticipated delays.

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address on your order and your order has not been shipped, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible.

Please note that once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation containing a tracking number and link.
Please allow up to 48 hours for updates to appear on the tracking page after the notification.
Returns
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or refunds for any purchase, but we can offer an exchange or store credit.
Please ensure your item/s are eligible to be returned and meet our conditions of exchange.
Items must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging within 7 days of the delivery or purchase date.

We currently do not offer exchanges for purchases made through our website.
- If you purchase an item at any of our storefronts or pop-up locations, you may make the exchange at any location.
- If you would like to exchange for any out-of-stock item, we can issue a delivery with a standard local shipping rate at the expense of customer.

We do not accept returns for items purchased through one of our stockists. Please contact the retailer directly or visit their website for their full returns policy.
Orders / Pre-Orders
Pre-orders that are purchased along with an in-stock style will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock style/s straight away. Pre-order styles typically take an additional 5-7 days and will be processed like a normal RICOCHET order but will be shipped at a later date.
Unfortunately, we are not able to change or cancel your order once it is placed. Please choose items carefully and ensure all shipping information is full and correct before placing your order.
